EXPERIENCE & OPERATIONS

Our Operations Team is on call 24/7 to ensure that our staff members located at various sites across Queensland are successfully managed. Furthermore, we provide regular checks from an Operations manager to ensure that high standards of performance are being met, and regular checks from a compliance officer to ensure that registers and compliance are completed correctly and are up to date.

Before providing our services to a new client, we conduct a full risk & hazard assessment of the premises, review policies and procedures, and integrate current operating procedures.

We are highly motivated and have the necessary aptitude and experience to deal with our client and public relations satisfactorily.

RISK MITIGATION FOR ALL SERVICES

Before the commencement of any contract, Standby Security & Facility Management staff will attend each venue to conduct a risk assessment and complete an induction checklist. The risk assessment is another complimentary service that allows us to identify any potential risks, that must be avoided through our security and cleaning services while undertaking their duties.

All security and cleaning officers are required to perform an induction with our management staff at a venue before they start working there. Our venue inductions not only include a physical induction but also includes briefing our staff on the risk assessment.
